Something smells funny

hmmm... Something smells funny!Usually in elections, even when it comes to two candidates, there is a percent in the electoral numbers that represents the people who demonstrated their disagreement with politicians or the political status of a country.

In Finland the last results show Halonen with 51.8%, while her opposition Sauli Niinistö got 48.2%; that gives exactly 100%. What happened here? Not one person kept his word? Not one of those saying that all politicians are the same and he/she was going to put a white paper in the envelope demonstrating his/hers disappointment did so? Something doesn’t smell right.
